Thanks for looking over Arc Ceramics shop policies. It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase and that the pieces are appreciated and put to good use.
PRODUCT
All pieces are individually handmade and idiosyncratic. All glazes are food and dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted. We do not recommend putting the ceramic pieces into the microwave or ovens.
COMMISSIONS
I accept a limited amount of one-off commission work. It takes about 8-12 weeks from start to finish—depending on size and complexity—to complete a commission. For commission orders please reach out to arc.ceramics@gmail.com

GIFTS
You can now add a gift wrapping option when you add your item to the shopping cart for an additional fee based on weight and size.
SALES TAX
8.75% New York sales tax is collected on local orders.
SHIPPING
All orders ship out on Fridays and Mondays*
* If a Holiday falls on a Friday/Monday, the order will ship the following week.
All ceramic items ship double packaged. Each order will be packed by hand with recycled material in an effort to reduce waste. Orders are sent out through UPS ground or USPS priority. A tracking number will be provided for every order when the package is shipped.
In the event that the item arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours or receipt. We will require photos of the damaged item, box and packing materials within 5 business working days.
DOMESTIC
All items ship from Catskill, New York via USPS Priority Mail, unless other arrangements are requested.
INTERNATIONAL
Orders placed outside of the United States may be subjected to customs and duty fees assessed by your government. We are not responsible for these charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer refunds, only exchanges are acceptable due to the limitations of this small business. Unused items may be returned within 7 days from receipt of goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us to arrange a return.

When you purchase anything from Arc Ceramics you agree to hold Arc Ceramics harmless from any loss, damage or injury due to any products purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased. All items offered on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
